Nouvelle-Aquitaine Magnetic Resonance Workshop, Pessac

Magnetic Resonance scientists and platform managers from Nouvelle-Aquitaine will meet to present and exchange their competences and set the basis of a future regional network to join both the excellence in science in Nouvelle-Aquitaine and the access to top-class Magnetic Resonance equipments (program)

5th Scientific Days of MetaboHUB

The members of MetaboHUB met for the 5th annual scientific days on the Atlantic coast on the island of Oléron to talk about sciences, metabolomics, fluxomics and databases, from 9 to 12 May 2017 at CAES CNRS Saint Pierre d Oléron.
This year, the focus has been on working with privileged partners such as MedDay, Canceropole GSO, IFB, BiogenOuest (Platform CORSAIRE) and Phenome.

Salimata Diarrassouba was recruited as assistant engineer  to work on "Plant sphingolipids Lipidomics analysis" with Laetitia Fouillen in the MetaboHub project.

27-28 octobre: Sébastien Mongrand et Laetitia Fouillen ont participé aux journées LipidomYste de Toulouse. L'imagerie des lipides, la physique des analyseurs de masse, la validation de méthodes et la quantification de lipides complexes ont été abordées durant ces journées enrichissantes!

Participation to 33rd edition of “Journées de Spectrométrie de Masse”

27-30 September 2016: Thierry Berton and Laetitia Fouillen participated to the 33rd edition of “Journées de Spectrométrie de Masse” in Bordeaux, where we had the chance to present a poster about

- "Development and validation of an analytical method based on LC-HRMS for the measurement of amino acids and organic acids in tomato fruit: application on a metabolomic study of tolerance to water limitation"

- "Lipidomics workflow to study the natural variability of palm oil”.

Laetitia have also work on the local organizing committee for the congress.
